Before signing up, be sure to stick to the following rules:

• Your website has to be about a Ragnarok Online server and has to be complete. Websites cannot be Under Construction.
• No cheating. If we catch you generating false hits (such as proxy usage, spamming, etc.), your account will be deleted.
• No illegal content such as warez, hacking, adult material or anything related.
• Do not force your players to vote (like allowing website entrance only after voting).
• You may only place the RagnaTop Vote Buttons on the address your site is located at.
• Do not use only caps in the server name and description.
• The RagnaTop Team has the right to change the rules or edit/remove sites at any time.
